Most businesses work inside Google Workspace.
And if you can add a profile photo to your cPanel email (aka your business email), you appear more personable inside your recipient’s inbox.
While there isn’t a direct way to add a profile photo to your cPanel email, there’s a workaround using your personal Gmail account. If you don’t have a Gmail account, you’ll have to create one before following through this tutorial.
With that out of the way, let’s get started.
1. Go to your Gmail account.
2. Click on your profile in the top right corner and hit Manage your Google Account.
3. Go to the Personal info tab and click Email.
4. Click Manage alternate emails.
5. Enter your Gmail account’s password and click Next.
6. Click Add other email.
7. Enter your cPanel email and click Add.
8. Click the verification link Google sends to your inbox.
You’re all set!
Your cPanel email will be displayed under the Alternate emails section.
I sent a test email from the cPanel email to my personal Gmail so you see the results in action : )
If you’ve added a profile photo to your cPanel email, my guess is you want to send emails from your professional email right inside Gmail.
If you already have that set up, you might also want to forward all emails sent to your business email to your Gmail account. So now, you can manage all your emails from one space.
